Power Station Warranty & Cycle-Life Index
We separated two claims that are often confused: how long the manufacturer warrants the product, and how many battery cycles it publishes before a stated remaining-capacity threshold.
OUPES Mega 2
5 + 1 years maximum listed product coverage in this 16-model sample.
Mango Power Power E
6,000 cycles to 70% remaining-capacity threshold as published.
16 of 16 models
List maximum product warranty coverage of at least five years, subject to each manufacturer’s terms and any extension requirements.

Warranty years and battery-cycle claims are not the same thing
A cycle-life claim describes battery-capacity retention under a defined cycle count. A warranty is a legal/contractual coverage period with separate conditions and exclusions.

How to read cycle life correctly
We use the manufacturer’s published product warranty period and published battery-cycle claim available on September 13, 2026. Where a brand describes coverage as “3+2” or “5+1,” we show the maximum listed period and separately note the extension condition.
The “1 full cycle/day” and “3 cycles/week” columns are pure arithmetic: published cycles divided by annual cycle frequency. They are not forecasts of actual calendar life. Batteries also age with time, temperature, storage state of charge, depth of discharge, charge rate and other operating conditions.
A claim such as 4,000 cycles to 80% means the manufacturer is describing a capacity-retention milestone, not saying the battery abruptly stops working at cycle 4,001.
A five-year warranty does not imply a five-year battery life, and a 4,000-cycle claim does not imply 4,000 cycles are covered by warranty. Read the manufacturer’s actual warranty terms for exclusions, proof-of-purchase rules, registration requirements and remedies.
Why this matters when buying
For frequent cycling, cycle-life claims can materially affect expected long-term capacity. For emergency-only systems, calendar aging, storage practices and warranty coverage may matter more than theoretical cycle count.
